Kindergarten

Kindergarten is where it all starts, and the beginning of the end, to hear the kids tell it. A 6-hour day with recess and 2 snack breaks; gym, music, and art; and no homework--it just doesn't get any better than this.

Annie Starkiller, Ace pilot and leader of the Teslatron Team
Evanna, Small medium at large
Victor von Bismark, Kindergarten super-genius
Winken, Blinken, & Nod, Kindergarten super-heroes

1st Grade

The Kid With No Name, Grade-school gunfighter
He almost never talks, but just a glance from The Kid speaks volumes. He's never drawn his [cap]gun, yet the place clears any time he pulls his duster out of the way and levels his eternally-shaded gaze at someone.
Farley, Hyperkinetic ferret furry
Take a ferret, give him sugar water, hose him down and put him on a trampoline covered with bouncy-balls for half an hour, and you'd have an idea of how much energy Farley has all the time. Except Farley weighs 40 pounds, and can talk (endlessly).
Joey, The Chosen One
Sparky McSnickers, Engineer of the Teslatron Team
Hebime, Not-so-secret disciple of the ancient ways of Ninjutsu
Tom, a bully
never mess with a 7-yr-old who shaves

2nd Grade

Nick's the only member of the 2nd Grade, and most people don't even know about him. Nobody remembers what happened to the 2nd Grade, and nobody talks about it. Maybe there used to be a 2nd Grade--after all, the older kids presumably came from somewhere, but the topic gets quickly changed any time someone brings it up. The 1st Graders (and their teachers) are particularly loath to discuss it, probably not wanting to jinx themselves.

Nick Milson, Haunting the school until bedtime

3rd Grade

Abel Gwish, Zombie with a heart (his own, that is)
"Brraaaaainssss!!! --Just kidding!"
Belle & Sebastian, Kid with the perfect pet
Henrietta "Hank" Johnson, Big jovial lug of the Teslatron Team
Mrs. Tuggles, Possessed guinea pig
Rick Thomason, Were-adult
Secret Go-Racer, Hyperimaginative go-kart racer
Suzie, Secret's arch-rival

4th Grade

Kurosawa, Humble and disciplined kensai
Mirielle 47, Android girl
Lepus Aubergine, Annoying rabbit furry comic relief of the Teslatron Team
Lieutenents Peck, Baracus, and Murdock, An Elite Cadre of 4th-graders.
Last year, Colonel Vasquez stumbled upon these three in the middle of a mission gone wrong. She managed to whip them into shape, and save the mission. After an intensive weekend of training (involving the jungle gym and climbing ropes), she gave them all field commissions, and now calls on them in those rare instancese when the mission is more than she can handle solo.
Prince Vandersnooten, A royal pain
Timmy & Henry, Little kid and giant robot

5th Grade

Ann Gwish, A witch, callous beyond her years
Aurora, Air-headed Moon-princess
Christopher, Laid-back monster trainer
Colonel Vasquez, Army-brat tomboy
Martin the Mercurian, Alien exchange student
Princess Emma, Scientist and princess of the Teslatron Team
Ryu Gruberman, Wannabe martial-artist
Shauna, Trisha, Sara, & Cordelia, The Popular Clique
Ted Suo, Psychic kid with a headache the size of Neo-Tokyo

6th Grade

Barry Callahan, Mysterious veteran of the Teslatron Team
D von D, Tall, dark, and mysterious -- with an annoying squeeky voice
Doggie Howler, M.D., Precocious grade-school dog furry with a Ph.D.
Dusty, Geek who gets all the girls
Matilda, Popular porcupine furry
Pat Somers, Switches gender whenever (s)he needs to use the bathroom

Street Kids

Sometimes they show up for school, sometimes they don't. Ryu, true to form, likes to hang out with them, especially Cyd, and savor the rough life of the street -- until his mom shows up in the minivan to take him home for dinner.

Charity "Bam-Bam", Little girl with a big thump-stick
Cyd found her behind a dumpster when she was 3, and has taken care of her ever since. He makes sure she goes to school (Kindergarten) every day, because he knows it's important, he just doesn't like it.
Cyd, Cyber-generation skater punk
Cyd may be on Mr. Body's roster, but that doesn't mean he's in class. It takes a fair bit of effort to still be in gradeschool at 14. The one thing that can make him drop his street-tough demeanor is Charity, but woe to anyone else who notices. He makes sure Charity has the best he can manage, and most of his shoplifting is food and clothes and school supplies for her.
Hubcap, Hyperactive pixie girl
"Oooooo, what's this button do?!?"
An intangible ball of light most of the time, Hubcap has more energy than anybody should have, and no grasp of cause-and-effect. She's the one kid that most of the teachers (especially Ms. Kirie, who has Hubcap on her roster) will admit they would rather never showed up for school--after all, she's a fairy, so she'll never grow up, so who cares if she's educated?
Sasha, Robo-kitty
The only other kid who never gets in any trouble for not showing up for school. She spends her days tipping over dumpsters for [computer] mice and other tasty morsels, or hanging out with Cyd.
Willow, Ultra-competitive monster trainer
Willow's had a rough life, and compensates by winning accolades. Problem is, her favorite competition in the whole world is fighting monsters, and her classmate Christopher thrashes her constantly at it. Nonetheless, she loves going to school, because she's one of the best in gym class, and a champ at being the first done with quizzes.
